Teacher Support Network is the national charity offering practical and emotional support to teachers. Our services include Teacher Support Line, the free, 24-hour information, support and counselling service, which is available on 08000 562 561 or by e-mail from the web site. Although TSN is actually part of the NUT its services are available to all teachers regardless of their union affiliation (or lack of it).

This looks interesting... It is part of Teacher Support Network from NUT. They explain: Worklife Support is working in education to assist employers to balance work and life issues for individual wellbeing and to improve school performance. Our innovative new models of support for schools and individuals are helping to create healthy schools, positive learning environments and education staff who feel appreciated and supported.

MAPE have been involved in the field of ICT in education almost since the beginning of time. Now part of NAACE members still receive useful termly magazine focused on particular issues, a regular newsletter and more. The MAPE Classroom Activities page is a useful source of  both online and downloadable activities (with teacher notes).

Naace is the professional association for those who are concerned with advancing education through the appropriate use of information and communications technology.Their website is a mine of useful information for anyone who uses ICT in an educational setting.
